The Oregon Trail Cavalier Club, OTCC, will hold its Specialty Saturday Feb. 23, 2019 at Linn County Fairgrounds in Albany, Oregon, in conjunction with the Covered Bridge Cluster.
Our Judge is Mrs. Virginia Barwell.
