To be filled out only by ACKCSC members in good standing.
( Effective September 1, 2007 any individual wishing to be added to
the ACKCSC Breeder Referral List on the web site, must have been a
member in good standing of the ACKCSC for at least two consecutive
years. This rule applies to anyone whose application was APPROVED after
September 1, 2007)

To be included in this  Referral List it is a requirement of the ACKCSC that all breeders acknowledge that they have read, signed and agree to abide by the club's Ethical Guidelines.
